Novel Rhythms

Today I have some fresh new rhythms from the fastest country alife for you.

The first one goes by the name of "Club Fusion", but the production goes in the wrong direction from my point of view. I want to put my hands in the air to Dancehall from Jamaica with Electro impact, not Dancehall artist flexing on some I-try-mixin-some-crunk-with-some-pop-and-synthies-beat from Jamaica. Anyway. Vegas and Sizzla, who is totally stuck on the synth-melody, are saving the day. Puhh.

Mr Vegas - She Like It Club Fusion Riddim

Sizzla - What Is Going On Club Fusion Riddim

Vybz Kartel
is not letting the whole beef thing get him down. He took aim at his on-again nemesis Mavado on Self Defense and Silent River, with some of the most destructive war tunes recorded in JA since they last clashed.
But now he is dropping this uptempo tune on the Crop Over riddim, by Karim “Stainless” Thompson. Secondary the whole Portmore Empire entourage, with ambitions for world domination, is on it, too.

Vybz Kartel - Tek It (Wine Wine) Crop Over Riddim

Sean Storm (Portmore Empire) - Dilly Dolly Crop Over Riddim

Lisa Hype (Portmore Empire) - Gimmie Buddy

Wow, how about some creative urges for inventing riddim names? The new Jam 2 is called "Pull Up". Now thats really lame, innit?
But the riddim is useable instead. Nice Brooklyn-Hip-Hop like piano sampling, but keeping it straight ahead and pounding. What else?
Seen.'s favourite Natalie Storm and seen.Team member Stein are on it and Don Corleon can sing.

Vybz Kartel - Pitch Pull Up Riddim

Einstein - Shell Dem Down

Natalie Storm - Free Paper Bun Pull Up Riddim

Don Corleon - Hot Gal Promotion Pull Up Riddim

Jam 2 Records - Pull Up Instrumental

Do not miss: Tobi heralds the new era in Jamaican music video history at his place. You should necessarily check this out. Grimey, slauter, metal.
