Lets Move Forward

Folks, you may have noticed, that me, Emil Tischbein, was not very activ in all things bloggin, lately. I post irregular, because now that I have a real job, I realized, the day is only 24 hours long, for whatever reason and you have to care about your real life first.

What I'm tryin to say is, I will put Cyan Wait on hold.

I don't shut it down and close it. Maybe I start the engines again some day. Put first, me, Emil Tischbein, will stop bloggin.

But Cyan Waits beloved bambino Tim Turbo will hold it down for the Cyan Wait team and starts a weekly over at seen.'s. Tobi of seen. tries to collect the finest bloggers in Germany, bloggin about bass-related topics, bit by bit. I quote Tobi here: "I'm more than happy to see one of the top-notch German bass-bloggers coming to our roster."

seen. becomes the Mount Olympus of bass-bloggin out of Germany, trust me!

Folks, don't be mad, get over at seen.'s for Tim Turbo's weekly and check out all the blogs in my blogroll.
I want to thank all the internet guys, who supported Cyan Wait since day one: Faluma, Marflix, seen., Discobelle, Attorney Street, Curb Crawlers, Ghetto Bassquake, Man Recordings, The Heat Wave, Tropical Basssss and of course lastnightsparty for the best partypics EVR.

Once upon a time...

Jamaican Basses For The Masses

Iiiiiiiit's Friday. New Jamaican basses for the masses.

Board House Production released the Clean Sweep riddim with a plethora of stars pon it. The riddim is a incentive chaos of drumrolls, sweeping synthie sounds and cymbal crashs, wich is kind of annoying after hearing three tunes in a row.

Bling Dawg - Nuh War Wid Bait

Bounty Killer -Social Responsibility

Demarco - Ghetto Life Hard

Elephant Man - Please

Serani - Gi Me A House

Sizzla - Education Is The Key

Wayne Marshall - Look Ahead

Veteran performer "Mr Charismatic" Burro Banton is back with a remix on a riddim called "Hard Grind". The riddim sounds like a rip-off of Massive B's thingy "March Out Riddim", but it's a solid tune anyway, enriched with some electronic licks.

Burro Banton - Cross Da Board

Why can't anybody connect it?
The "Intercept Riddim" is a amazing synthie-swagger after my fancy again, but why does it sound like Hip Hop with Dancehall artists on it. Just put in some dancing drums and speed up! Apart from that: faultless.

Aidonia - Head Shot

Bramma - Neva See

Rally Bop - Knock It Off

We go to the movies. Join us!
Tonight Germany's finest in tropical-bass-blogging are united again. Tobi of seen. comes to Berlin to join me and Tim Turbo watching "Beautiful Losers" at Tape.

"Beautiful Losers" celebrates the spirit behind one of the most influential cultural moments of a generation.

Starring a selection of artists who are considered leaders within this culture, Beautiful Losers focuses on the telling of personal stories. It speaks to themes of what happens when the outside becomes "in" as it explores the creative ethos connecting these artists and today's youth.

Coitus Basses For The Ravers

You know, I love all things bass. After having the "Jamaican Basses For The Masses" category, I want to establish the unsteady category "Coitus Basses For The Ravers". Starting today.

The Bloody Beetroots
came out with their "Rombo EP" lately. This one is the best tune off it, called "Rombo" and features the great Congorock. A classic electro-bursting-banger to dance the week away.

Kalbata is a authority in all things bass in Israel. He remixed for Roll Deep and Spank Rock and is signed to Soul Jazz label with two 12" out featuring Warrior Queen and MC Clapper Priest. Here comes an Kalbata remix for Sunship’s "Quits", featuring Warrior Queen, via Mad Decent.

Sunship Ft Warrior Queen - Quits (Kalbata Remix)

DJ Manaia
is a genius remixer and producer from Portugal. Check out the tons of tunes on his own blog aswell as on his myspace to get to know him as a genius.
Also he runs a party in Lissabon aswell as djing all over everywhere. Boys pump up the bass, girls lift your skirts, let's get high!

DJ Manaia - Fatty Girl

DJ Manaia Ft Deize Tigrona - Sobrevivente de Rave

I Fucked Your Girl

Busy Signal brings back my last months catchy tune in known and hoped-for-while-reading-it-first-at-the-Fader Jamaican manner. Royal refix.

S., I Miss You

I fell in love with you, knowing you for two days and I just want to let you know, my lovely Sweden, I miss you!

But I fight my wanderlust with two new creations from the land of artless beauty and simple style.

Leoparden teams up with Malmoe rappergang Uffe and Jay aka Dequez on their tune "The Others". They come up with a nice bounce-electro-rap-banger and a lot of good ideas for the pictures. If you like that stuff like me, you should definitly check out Leopardens album for your free-download-pleasure via Discobelle.

Maskinen are THE terrific swedish rapcrew. I told you before. Frej of Maskinen joins Supreme of Looptroop on this second leak of the new Timbuktu album "En high 5 & 1 Falafel", out on Wednesday. It's easy forwardish, delightful danceable and it reminds of Maskinen's "Alla Som Inte Dansar". I love, love, love how the late break with those atmosounds and the bubblebubblebubble bass turns into funky-reggae-gimmicks.

Timbuktu Ft Frej & Supreme – 6an

Archipelago Artworks

Shermain featuring Vybz Kartel. Adi stars as invisible man in the flick...Anyway, the tune is called "I Came To Show You" and its r'n'bncehall.

"I'm A Soldier", says Stein. A easy tune produced by Jam2.

Basses For The Masses

I had my first "Blogger DMCA takedown notification" yesterday. They deleted the whole post about the new Buraka Som Sistema album. Now I'm cool.

Anyway, it's Thursday, i got new basses for the masses.

Busy Signal is already in a reflective Christmas-mood and sings a uplifting tune for the youths. I'm all smiles now.

Busy Signal - Done Di War

Jah Cure and Wayne Marshall keep it lyrical uninspired on a nice trancy, atmospheric instrumental with four-on-the-floor-drums.

Jah Cure & Wayne Marshall - So High

It sounds like state of the art Hip Hop stuff, but it's Gyptian and Ricky Blaze. Synthitious atmo, autotune, claps, needless female voice, nuff said.

Gyptian & Ricky Blaze - Wine Up Yuh Body

Black Ryno rolls inna Neptunes style today: groovin great, fucking funky, dirty downpitched drums. Like it.

Black Ryno - Ball out

Edu K x Ricky + Rulo

Edu K's "Me Bota Pra Dancar" got remixed by Argentinia´s Ricky + Rulo and it's a bally-blasted-bloody headbangor. Pitched down psychoses and bursting chainsaw-synthies. Haaksman wrote: "If you fancy moustaches, noisy basslines and headbanging this one´s for you."

Edu K feat. Marina - Me Bota Pra Dancar (Ricky + Rulo Remix)

And if you can't get enough of the gorgeous ruff-ravy-rugged sounds of Baile Funk, like me, get Original Baile Funk Master Sany Pitbull's "Future Baile Funk Express" at Daniels place and dance your ass off.
